Season Rates: $110 - $250
Off Season Rates: $95 - $150
• There is a 3 night minimum on some holidays, special events and weekends in July and August.”
• Please note that rates are sometimes higher on weekends, special events and holidays.

Reservation Policies

On a reservation of four nights or less payment in full is required. Any additional nights requires a 50% deposit. If we are able to accommodate a one night reservation for you, it is non-refundable

Rates do not include the state and town room occupancy tax of 9.7%. Gratuity for the chambermaids is not included in your room rate.

Rates are subject to change except on confirmed reeservations. On holidays and special events payment in full is required.

Cancellation Policy

A refund will be made when the cancelled period is re-booked for the entire period. A 20% service charge will be deducted on all cancellations. No refunds will be given if guests leave prior to the agreed upon departure date.
